At Olsen's Danish Village Bakery, we assure you and your gift recipients will relish our bakery specialties—from the very first bite to the very last. If your purchase is intended as a gift, we would be delighted to include a personalized gift note with your order. Simply provide the details in the "Order Instructions/Comments (Optional)" box and select an approximate shipping date on your order form during checkout. Placing an Online order

When you place an online order, we strive to ship all items on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays to ensure delivery within the same week. We only ship within the continental United States and do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed by 4:00 PM can be dispatched on the next available shipping date. Whenever feasible, we ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). All products sent outside of California are shipped using 2-day air service, with the exception of cookie tubs. Cookie tubs are shipped exclusively via ground shipping: allowing 3 to 5 days for delivery outside of California and 1 to 2 days for deliveries within California. Please note that UPS does not guarantee 2-day delivery for orders sent between December 12th and Christmas. We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions.

Online Holiday Delivery: Order Early To Insure Delivery During This Period!

Online orders are processed as they come in. Your order will be scheduled to ship on your requested date only if that date is available at the time we receive your order. If it’s not available, your order will be shipped on the nearest available date. Due to the large volume of orders we receive, our Holiday Online Shipping Schedules (from November 1 to December 17) fill up rapidly. We highly recommend placing your order early. For shipping prices and product availability after December 17, please contact the Bakery directly. If you are placing an order after December 17, be sure to call the bakery at 1.800.621.8238.

Store Pickup

Store Pickup of Olsen's Bakery Items: We ask that all Store Pickup orders be placed at least one (1) day in advance by 5:00 PM. This ensures that our team has ample time to verify and properly prepare the orders for pickup the following day.

Specialty Cakes: For birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, retirements, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, baptisms, religious holidays, and any other celebrations, a two-day lead time is required.

*All orders must specify a date and time for pickup on the checkout order form.

Store Pickup location is the Bakery at: 1529 Mission Drive, Solvang CA 93463.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products or service, please don't hesitate to contact us, provided they are unused and in their original purchase condition. We are more than happy to address your concerns by offering an appropriate replacement or a refund.
